Communicate to customers

There are a variety of ways in which you can use instore radio to communicate with your customers and to vitalise ambience within your stores, including to:

  • broadcast about your aims, mission statement and service standards
  • reinforce your advertising message
  • to engage in product pushes (ie. future visits, additional purchases, new products, special offers) so customers would benefit further from their time in your store
  • demonstrate your product attributes and quality
